Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Mightypreneur collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers mightypreneur.com, the Mightypreneur members area (mightypreneur.com/members), the Master Resell License (MRL) tools, the MRL member websites and the Mightypreneur app on Whop.

1. Who we are

Mightypreneur is run by AdPulse LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("we", "us"). For anything about your information, email support@mightypreneur.com.

2. What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and password. We store passwords only as a one-way hash, never in readable form.
  • Your courses: which courses you have, which lessons you finished and when you last visited.
  • What you write: posts and comments in our community, questions you ask the MRL Helper, and emails you send us.
  • MRL members: the details you give in the MRL setup: your legal name, email, phone number and address, whether you run your business as a sole proprietor or an LLC (and the LLC's name), your business name, your website choices, and the ad words and pictures you add. We also keep the record of your acceptance of the MRL Terms: the date, time, IP address and browser.
  • Your Whop connection: if you connect your Whop business, with the Connect with Whop button or an API key, we keep that connection encrypted and use the Whop information described in section 4. If you add a Higgsfield API key, we keep it encrypted too.
  • Buyers on MRL member websites: when someone buys on a member's website, Whop tells us their name, email address, what they bought and the amount. We use this to give them their course and to show the member the sale.
  • Technical information: like most websites, our servers log basic technical information (IP address, browser, the pages requested and the time). The members area uses a cookie to keep you logged in. MRL member websites count page and video views without names.
  • Payments: when you buy from us, a payment provider (for example Whop or Stripe) handles the payment. We never see or store your full card number.

3. How we use it

  • To run your account, your courses and the MRL tools you use.
  • To give buyers the courses they paid for, and to show MRL members their sales, ad spend and results.
  • To answer your questions and emails, and to send you messages about your account and your courses.
  • To keep our services safe, for example to stop spam and abuse, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. The Mightypreneur app on Whop

When an MRL member connects their Whop business, we use that access only for the MRL features the member uses:

  • Read the business name and profile, and check that the tracking works on the member's website.
  • Create the 2 hidden products and a checkout for each order on the member's website, and read the payments of those orders.
  • Create one webhook, so Whop tells us about each successful payment.
  • When the member presses "Make my Facebook page": add the logo, cover picture and About line the member chose (and a new business name, if the member asks for one), then ask Whop to make the member's Facebook page.
  • Launch, pause and restart the ads the member chooses, and read their spend and results for the member's dashboard.

We never move money, start payouts or refunds, or see card or bank details. We don't use the member's Whop information for anything else, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone except the service providers in section 5 that we need to run the MRL. The member can remove our access at any time in Whop under Settings, Authorized apps, and the connection stops working right away.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run our services, and only as much as they need:

  • Whop for MRL members' payments, payouts and ads. Whop Ads shows the ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta).
  • Payment providers, for example Whop or Stripe, for purchases from us.
  • Anthropic (Claude), to write the MRL Helper's answers and to check community posts for spam and abuse. Your question and the status of your MRL setup are sent with it.
  • Hosting and delivery: our servers (Hostinger) and Cloudflare, which delivers our websites and course videos.
  • Email providers that send our emails.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our users and our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. In that case this policy keeps applying to your information.

6. MRL member websites and their buyers

Each MRL member runs their own business and is the seller on their website. The member is responsible for their buyers, their marketing and their own duties toward their buyers. We handle buyers' information for the member, to run the website, the checkout and the course access. Each member website has its own privacy page. Buyers with a question about a purchase should contact the seller. For help with a course login, buyers can email us.

7. Cookies and pixels

  • The members area uses a login cookie. It's needed for the members area to work.
  • MRL member websites load Whop's tracking pixel, which measures visits and purchases for the member's ads.
  • Some of our sales pages may use advertising pixels, for example Meta's, to measure our own ads.

You can block cookies and pixels in your browser settings. The members area needs its login cookie to work.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or use the MRL, and after that only as long as we need it for legal, tax, accounting or dispute reasons. Server logs are kept for a short time. The record of your acceptance of the MRL Terms is kept as proof of the agreement.

9. How we protect it

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, Whop and Higgsfield connections are stored encrypted, and our websites use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it to yourself.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it by emailing support@mightypreneur.com. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have more rights, such as objecting to some uses of your information or complaining to your data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. MRL members can remove our Whop access at any time in Whop.

11. Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Where your information is kept

Our servers and service providers may be in the United States and other countries, so your information may be handled outside your own country. We only use providers that protect it.

13. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We tell members about important changes in the members area.
